In partnership with Shelby County Crime Victims and Rape Crisis Center (CVRCC) and Heal 901, learn about how the Safe Bars program assist bars, restaurants, breweries, and other alcohol-serving establishments create safe and welcoming culture for patrons. The culture Safe Bars provides a safe and respectful workplace for the staff. Such cultures encourage customer satisfaction, loyalty, and better-performing teams, with lower turnover. Our program focuses heavily on active bystander skills.
