We have been informed that a temporary Memphis ordinance was passed this morning to allow to-go beer sales.
You can start immediately. It covers only beer in “sealed containers” and includes bottles, canned beers & growlers.
(Our advocacy groups are continuing to work on liquor and wine sales at the state ABC level.)
