Restaurants across the country may soon face surprise tax liability when they can least afford it. Some restaurants have indicated that this surprise tax liability could be the final factor that causes them to close. Congress must make business expenses paid for by PPP tax-deductible.
Quarantine Protocol Updated Dec 4
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) originally set a 14-day quarantine period for COVID-19 based on estimates of the upper bounds of the virus’ incubation period. Since that time, research indicates that more than 90% of exposed persons who go on to develop COVID-19 illness develop symptoms within 10 days of exposure. For that reason, the CDC has revised its guidance.
