The Downtown Memphis Commission is working with the Memphis City Engineers to bag (cover) parking meters Downtown and in Midtown for restaurants to utilize for their curbside and to-go pickup.
We have been informed that no streets may be blocked (for safety purposes) and no normal traffic lanes may be used.
