With a full field of 150 players from across the Memphis hospitality community heading to the Links at Galloway on Wednesday, October 21, our remaining sponsorships are going fast. This is your last opportunity to put your business in front of this crowd.

Golf Cart Sponsor: $750. Your name rides along with every team, all day long.
Goody Bag Sponsor: $500. Your brand goes home with every player in the field.
Hospitality Tent Sponsor, Hole #15: $400. Host your own tent and connect with players face to face.
Long Drive Sponsor: $300. Recognition at one of the day’s most popular contests.
Closest to the Pin Sponsor: $300 (3 available). Your name on a featured contest hole.
Hole Sponsor: $250. Course signage seen by every player.

Sponsorships are limited and offered first come, first served. To be included on event signage and recognition, sponsorships must be secured by October 12, 2026.

We Need Your Help: Gift Cards, Raffle, Auction, and Goody Bags

Three ways every member can pitch in, whether you play or not:

Gift cards. Our annual ask: each member restaurant contributes 4 gift cards of identical value for tournament prizes. It’s one of the easiest ways to support the event and put your restaurant’s name in a winner’s hands.
Raffle and silent auction items. We’re collecting standout items now: experiences, hotel stays, private dinners, anything that will make a golfer reach for their wallet.
Goody bag items. Have branded swag or product samples? We’ll get them into the hands of every player in the field.

Day-Of Details Worth Knowing

Mulligans, putting contest entries, and extra raffle entries will all be for sale at registration. Bring cash and a sense of humor.
Parking will be tight. Carpool if you can. You’re welcome to unload your bag at the round-about, where a Galloway employee will help you, then park and walk back to the clubhouse for breakfast.
Wear your company polo or hat so everyone knows who you represent.
