Health Department Environmental Health and Food Safety Program Has Moved
The Health Department’s Environmental Health and Food Safety Program has moved from 814 Jefferson Avenue to 1826 Sycamore View Road. Permits and plan reviews for restaurants, food trucks, retail food stores, hotels/motels, tattoo artists, and other service businesses that used to be available at the Health Department’s main location at 814 Jefferson will now only available at 1826 Sycamore View Road.
The new location is centrally located and features plenty of free parking and will allow the Health Department to better serve the needs of foodservice providers. The Environmental Health and Food Safety Program’s telephone numbers remain the same as before the move. The permit office may be reached at 901-222-9218.
